Cried my eyes out during worship in a UK church today because the spirit moved me and memories hit hard.
After service, the pastor pulled me aside and said: "We prioritize mental health here. If you need support that goes beyond the spiritual, we can connect you with our counseling services. You don't have to carry it alone."
I didn't even know whether to laugh or keep crying. In Africa, its the spirit moving . In the UK, it means you need a mental health check. The difference is clear. 😂
